Job Summary
We are expanding our remote support team and seeking organized client-focused individuals to step into the role of Remote Cruise & Resort Travel Specialist. In this position you will assist clients with planning cruise vacations all-inclusive resort stays and customized leisure travel experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people managing details and creating well-organized travel plans while operating independently in a structured environment with provided systems and mentorship.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand travel preferences budgets and timelines
- Research cruise lines resorts destinations and travel options
- Prepare customized proposals and itinerary outlines
- Coordinate reservations confirmations and necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records using established systems and tools
- Provide professional communication and timely follow-up throughout the planning process
- Participate in ongoing education and team collaboration sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and online booking platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Background in customer service hospitality sales or administration is helpful but not required
- Must be a citizen of the US UK Australia Spain and LATAM
