- Consult with client to understand their travel preferences budgets and needs
- Provide exceptional customer service before during and after travel bookings
- Research travel options including accommodations transportation and activities
- Present customized recommendations and service solutions
- Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (retail hospitality call center or service industries welcome)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
