What Youll Be Doing
This is not a passive support role. Youll be the quarterback for your customers.
You will:
- Own the full onboarding journey for small and mid-sized businesses joining our platform
- Lead kickoff calls and guide customers through their first major milestones
- Coordinate across internal specialists (legal tax accounting compliance) to ensure flawless execution
- Build structured project plans and keep everything moving on time
- Become the trusted go-to contact for your portfolio of customers
- Spot opportunities to expand services based on real customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of each business you support what drives them what challenges them and how we can help them win
You wont just manage accounts. Youll build relationships and deliver outcomes.
