Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Remote Reservations Coordinator to support clients by overseeing bookings managing schedules and ensuring every reservation is accurate from initial request to final confirmation. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision communicates confidently and takes ownership of delivering a seamless booking experience.

As part of a structured and supportive team environment you will utilize provided systems tools and training to maintain efficiency and uphold high service standards.

What Youll Do:

Coordinate and process reservations confirmations and schedule updates
Communicate clearly with clients to gather required information and provide timely updates
Review booking details thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor reservation timelines manage changes and proactively follow up on outstanding items
Maintain organized records within internal systems and workflows
Provide professional dependable support throughout the booking lifecycle

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Customer service reservations administrative or scheduling experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently while following established systems and procedures
