Job Description:
The Live Chat Customer Agent at Panno Realty is responsible for engaging website visitors and prospective clients through live chat platforms. This role involves providing prompt responses to inquiries about property listings pricing availability and company services. The main focus is on delivering excellent customer service qualifying leads and supporting the sales team to convert inquiries into property viewings and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Respond to incoming live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about property listings pricing locations and availability.
- Assist customers with booking property viewings and consultations.
- Guide website visitors through the property search process.
- Lead Qualification & Sales Support
- Identify and qualify potential buyers sellers or renters.
- Capture and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Forward qualified leads to real estate agents or sales executives.
- Follow up with prospects via email or phone when necessary.
- Customer Support
- Address customer concerns and resolve basic issues.
- Provide information about financing options documentation requirements and company services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate chat logs and customer records.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on inquiries and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service live chat support or call center roles (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong written communication skills and typing speed.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus.
