Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging learner-centered training programs and digital learning experiences. This role will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design develop and implement effective instructional materials that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with learning science expertise and thrives in a fully remote environment.


Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging eLearning courses instructor-led training and blended learning programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into clear interactive learning experiences
Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM to guide development processes
Create storyboards scripts assessments and multimedia content
Develop interactive modules using authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360 Captivate Rise)
Conduct learning needs assessments and performance gap analyses
Measure training effectiveness through evaluations and data analysis
Revise and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Ensure content aligns with branding accessibility standards and learning objectives
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines


Requirements

3 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training development
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate or similar)
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong written visual and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Learning & Development or related field
Experience designing technical compliance or software training programs
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with video editing or multimedia production tools
Background in corporate healthcare technology or higher education environments
