The opportunity
Within the Transformation Architecture team we have a dedicated and committed Health sub-team who work with high profile clients across the sector on the island of Ireland to solve their most complex issues to transform healthcare. This is the perfect time to join a growing team and to make your mark across a wide variety of clients.

While we are focussed on growing our Health team there is further opportunities to work with other markets sectors and industries if you so wish. What we look for
We are looking for talented and committed people to join our Health Team who are passionate about helping our clients to solve their toughest strategic problems and deliver insightful recommendations that are rigorous in their grounding creative in their selection distinct to each client and practical in their ability to be taken to market.

Sector experience as outlined below is beneficial:

• Background in Health management/administration Health Sciences Medicine Nursing Public Health Allied Health or related fields and/or experience in healthcare delivery
• Experience in developing and implementing health policies and regulations to address challenges in healthcare delivery patient safety and public health outcomes.
• Knowledge and experience in healthcare management and operations with a strong background in areas such as health system reform health transformation health equity quality improvement and digital health solutions.

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager you will;

• Be focused on delivery of challenging transformation projects supporting clients through a number of transformation methodologies across health sector and our core sectors; Government and Public Sector Health and Life Sciences Consumer Products and Retail and Energy and Assets
• Demonstrate intellectual strength and flexibility to understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution
• Provide rigorous analysis undertaking research and utilising relevant datasets to drive fact-based decision making
• Work within a team environment committed to achieving solutions with the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
• Bring a strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading edge solutions for clients
• Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills with an ability to succinctly and creatively present robust and evidence-based messages
• Develop and produce high quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines

Skills and attributes for success:
To qualify for the role you must have

At least 3 years experience with a consulting firm or experience within the health sector. Experience within other core sectors can be considered also

Strong academic record including a third level degree

Experience of client facing roles with evidence of stakeholder engagement and communication success

Ideally youll also have some experience of delivering elements of projects such as:

Strategy implementation including the design and development of long-term strategic roadmaps implementation planning critical success factors and development of best practice models to integrate strategy delivery.

Conducting analyses to assess current market landscape identifying growth levers visioning and prioritising to develop a set of strategic choices and guiding organisations through business model reinvention.

Operating Model Design and Development to include Interim and Target Operating Models and facilitation of workshop-based processes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Experience in supporting the development of business and commercial cases for significant pieces of new investment or policy changes.

• Experience of delivering transformation and/or change within health and/or public sector organisations.
