Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro Group delivering high-quality HR IT and financial services to support all business areas worldwide.
About Hydro HR
GBS HR Global Hub Hungary is supporting different locations around the globe. We work closely with business partners and global stakeholders using digital solutions and best practices to enable Hydros Sustainability and People Agenda.
We are looking for HRTraineesfor the following fields:
People Resourcing (Recruitment) Trainee
Compensation & Benefits Trainee
Learning & Development Trainee

What you will be doing
Support end-to-end recruitment and people resourcing activities including candidate coordination and administration
Assist in Compensation & Benefits processes data collection reporting and system updates
Support Learning & Development initiatives such as training coordination learning administration and content organization
Maintain and update HR data in HR systems and databases
Assist in preparing presentations reports and HR-related documentation
Provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and global HR teams
What will make you successful
Ongoing HR Economics Psychology Business Administration or related full-time studies (University or College)
Strong interest in HR processes and people-related topics
Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)
Commitment to work with Hydro for at least12 months
Availability of minimum 20 hours/week
