Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities
协调所有项目要素包括设计质量规划制造安装调试和其他方面
预测任何潜在的项目风险确定并制定纠正措施
主动寻找新的或重复的业务机会
协助设计验证和签署报告
根据最终客户的生产要求建立并监督工厂的整体活动以实现生产计划和质量标准确保这些活动在商定的预算范围内以成本效益高的方式运作
与EHS经理一起制定和监督相关的安全和环境保护政策和程序应用于相关的工程领域
通过研究项目计划和规格计算时间要求和项目要素的顺序确定项目进度
通过监测项目进度协调活动和解决问题来保持项目进度
通过审查设计规格和计划来控制项目计划安排变更并提出行动建议
通过批准支出和管理承包商合同来控制项目成本
通过收集分析和总结信息和趋势来准备项目状况报告并提出行动建议
熟悉并遵守所有适用的公司以及现场和实验室的政策/程序涉及个人行为HSE和产品安全与监管事务PSRA标准
对现场设备熟悉了解包含电气和机械对于日常的维修可以进行分析和汇总提出相应的可行的改善同时给与维修支持和组织
熟悉工艺过程产品质量要求公司的安全要求等对于质量/工艺/安全等方面的问题可以从设备的角度提出改善建议
熟悉公司PSM相关的要求和政策 给与PSM相关工作给与支持
完成公司或上级安排的其他工作
Experience
化学或工程专业的学士学位或同等专业机械/电气或相关专业
踏实工作的态度不断学习的心态不怕累不怕脏
基本的项目工程/项目管理知识
基本的维修知识机械和电气相关的基本的知识
高级微软用户包括项目和Excel软件
冲突管理以及工作管理计划和组织
英语主要是读写能力
熟悉中国工程GB标准在项目中遵守阿克苏诺贝尔工程标准
解决问题基本的AutoCAD或3D工厂技能
第三方管理经验如承包商管理
