Job Summary
岗位职责
- 全面负责机加工设备自动化改进包括上料下料检测工序间物流等自动化
- 负责设计自动化方案应用物流线AMR机器人AOI等技术实现单机自动化流水线自动化多品种小批量自动化连线
- 应用solidworks 对关键部件结构件进行设计
- 对自动化方案进行电气方面设计及PLC编程
- 编制自动化方案的BOM清单并与采购部门对接跟踪采购进度
- 组织对自动化进行装配与调试
- 核算自动化方案成本及投资回收期
岗位要求
- 本科或以上学历自动化机器人等相关专业
- 精通PLC编程能力
- 绘制电气和电子图纸机械图纸物料清单(BOM)准备机器和生产线文件和手册
- 熟悉solidworksoffice软件
- 有成功机加工自动化经验优先
