We are looking for an Experienced Manager to strengthen our M&A team in Milan. You will lead and deliver highimpact engagements manage teams and build trusted relationships with clients across corporate and sponsor environments.

Your key responsibilities

As an experienced Manager you will be accountable for delivering transactions with rigor pace and clear ownership. Specifically you will:

• Lead and coordinate project teams in the delivery of M&A advisory services across:
  (i) buyside and sellside transactions (ii) buyout/buyin advisory (iii) financial modelling and LBO modelling (iv) capital procurement and structuring (v) market mapping and analysis of potential transactions targets and investors and (vi) development of clientready pitches and presentations;
• Manage daytoday client relationships providing technical advice and proactively identifying opportunities to expand and deepen client impact;
• Own engagement governance and administration ensuring operational efficiency quality and compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations;
• Coach and develop team members providing guidance feedback and structure while working under the supervision of Senior Managers and Partners

Skills and attributes for success

To thrive in this role you should bring a balanced mix of deal execution capability leadership and client maturity including:

• Proven experience leading transaction workstreams in M&A advisory (buyside/sellside) and related deliverables;
• Strong handson expertise in financial modelling including LBO and scenario/sensitivity analysis with high attention to detail;
• Solid understanding of capital structuring and procurement topics (debt/equity solutions process management investor dialogue);
• Ability to conduct market and investor/target screening and synthesize findings into clear decisionuseful insights;
• Excellent communication and storylining skills to craft highquality pitches and presentations for senior stakeholders;
• Strong project leadership planning prioritization and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams;
• Commercial mindset and the ability to build trust with clients creating followon opportunities through excellence in delivery
• People leadership: coaching developing and motivating teams in fastpaced environments;
• A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
