Join as a Junior Customer Support Engineer to bridge the gap between technical development and customer success. You will handle ad hoc requests implement feature iterations and debug systems using and React. What you will do:

• Implement small-to-medium feature iterations and bug fixes within a and React ecosystem using Firebase backend systems.

• Manage real-time customer communication via Slack and WhatsApp to resolve technical queries and assist with complex onboarding deployments.

• Trace errors through logging platforms and maintain code quality through rigorous git workflows and independent debugging sessions.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 2-3 years of software development experience or a recent Masters degree with relevant technical industry background.

• Exhibits proficiency in reading and debugging and React code while effectively using AI-assisted coding tools for rapid implementation.

• Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset with the communication skills necessary to interact directly with customers during high-stakes deployment phases.
