Join Fleetcraft as founding engineer #2 to revitalize the golden age of aerospace. You will build the software infrastructure powering global aircraft inspection testing and certification. Working alongside expert founders you will leverage LLMs and voice AI to solve stagnation in safety-critical systems for MROs and major aerospace manufacturers worldwide.

What you will do:

• Design and ship production-ready features rapidly to establish Fleetcraft as the industry standard for aircraft certification.

• Architect scalable technical foundations that integrate LLMs and voice AI into complex real-world aerospace workflows.

• Partner directly with the CEO and CTO to define the long-term engineering roadmap and organizational culture.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced startup environments or safety-critical engineering domains.

• Deep technical expertise in building complex systems with a strong interest in aerospace LLMs or hardware integration.

• High agency and an entrepreneurial mindset comfortable making foundational architecture decisions with minimal oversight.
