Job Description:
Join a fast-growing team of 15 as our first dedicated SDR owning the top-of-funnel for the multi-billion-pound property industry. You will run discovery conversations with senior stakeholders in Build-to-Rent and PBSA shaping how the market experiences Vinnys AI. This is a rare early-hire opportunity to build a high-functioning sales motion from the ground up.

What you will do:
Own the end-to-end top-of-funnel process from qualifying inbound leads to executing creative outbound campaigns via email LinkedIn and phone.
Conduct structured discovery calls with senior property operators to uncover operational pain points and articulate Vinnys value proposition effectively.
Collaborate directly with the founders and marketing to refine sales playbooks messaging sequences and qualification frameworks for key ICPs.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses 13 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role ideally within SaaS or PropTech with a track record of meeting commercial targets.
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills capable of running sophisticated discovery sessions without relying on generic scripts or AI-generated templates.
Exhibits a self-motivated resilient mindset with a natural curiosity for how AI and automation can transform traditional operations-heavy industries.
