Designation: Analyst / Senior Analyst

Exp Range: 3-6 years

Job location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized collaborative and have excellent inter-personal skills. They will have excellent writing skills and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business and also be comfortable with a level of ambiguity and change. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced growing organization with a creative friendly and experienced team.

  • Manage APAC training calendar ensuring we run the sessions in the curriculum regularly via identifying speakers from the business with the support from L&D champions across APAC
  • Track training attendance via CAPsule and Teams as well as spend against the L&D budget
  • Be the super user for CAPsule Capcos internal learning portal and administer L&D data and processes
  • Support in Reporting and training dashboard tracking L&D KPIs ad hoc reports based on need
  • Be the point of contact to answer any general L&D and CAPsule inquiries via Teams L&D inbox ad hoc calls
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics arrangements for training delivery including calendar invite room booking pre-training arrangements online production and post-training follow-up
  • L&D tracking reporting and analytics of engagements and deliveries
  • work on cornerstone portal or another learning portal
  • Manage and deliver Induction Program and Associate Talent Program via partnering with teams across different functions ensuring brilliant on-boarding experience for new joiners across levels
  • Work with the L&D Lead to evaluate all L&D programmes and interventions demonstrating ROI
  • Manage external qualifications application processing
  • Work with finance for new vendor registrations by submitting all the documentations required and ensure invoice payment is done within the payment period
  • Manage any ad-hoc task and admin support as and when required

You are expected to:

  • Be educated to degree level and/or HR/L&D professionally qualified. Relevant L&D exp for Analyst role (3 5 Yrs) and Senior Analyst role (5-6 Yrs)
  • Be a strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels
  • Be solutions focused with the ability to understand requirements from business and identify appropriate solutions with consultative approach
  • Be a strong team player with a flexible pragmatic and collaborative approach to work
  • Have effective project/time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Be a brilliant people person who thrives on the development of people and takes pride in delivery of L&D solutions
