What Youll Do

Support the design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives
Conduct user interviews surveys and usability testing sessions
Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings
Create research reports journey maps personas and user insights documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design and Engineering teams
Help translate research insights into actionable recommendations
Participate in design critiques and product discussions
Contribute to improving research processes documentation and best practices

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Psychology Cognitive Science UX Design Information Science or related field
Strong interest in user research usability and user center design
Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
Experience with tools such as Figma Miro Notion Google Forms or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize insights and present findings clearly
Portfolio or examples of research projects (academic or professional) preferred
