Inviting applications for the role ofHuman Resources Operations Senior Process AssociateFrenchHybrid Bucharest

In thisroleyou will provide consistent and professional support to associates acrossEMEAregion enquiries and requests throughcase management tools.

Responsibilities

1. Handle HR inquiries via email HRcasesand phone/chat in a professional andtimelymanner ensuring outstanding quality of customer phone support for HR related cycle is outbound and inbound.

1. Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based)

1. Preparing necessary documents for employees

1. Review/Audit HRO transactions (action & reasons) to provide expert opinion on whether the transaction follows policies & process

1. Work closely with Operations Team to provide feedback on quality

1. Conduct Quality meetings with the team to analyze errors. Drive accountability with team leads and their teams to meet quality performance goals and ensure program standards are met on a week-over-week basis

1. Ensure self-expertiseof the subject matter (process updates policies Quality Teams Standard Operating Procedure)

1. Indulge in nurturing new hires & tenured bottom performers viaadditionalaudits & actions to provide the hyper carerequiredto improve quality performance

1. Contribute towards the process of define updateinnovatethe quality frameworks to meet client expectations and raising the bar continuously on Quality. Actively re-review decision accuracy audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with quality process

1. Implementation and effective usage of different Quality Check Tools best practices and procedures

1. Contribute towards overall process improvement ideas insights and projects to enhance processs key performance indicators & value adds

1. Accountable for performance standards for the assigned set of analysts Quality Performance benchmarks & continuous improvement in a weekly/monthly manner

1. Responsible to partner & contributeonclassroom training delivery with respective teamleaderor training specialists. Also engage in refresher training as per training need identifications & action plans for continuous improvement

1. Assures HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies)

1. Establish and/or update process documentation (standard operating procedures process maps templatecreation)

1. Constantly strive for process improvements byidentifyingprocess gaps andparticipatingin improvements initiatives within own area of responsibility and by sharing across team

1. Ensure services delivered arein accordance withestablished Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

1. Complete mandatory trainings and assignments intimelymanner

1. To perform other duties as assigned by theTeam Lead as and whenrequired.

Qualifications weseekin you!

MinimumQualifications/ Skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor / Masters degree.

• Knowledge of MS office applications: Word Excel Outlook.

• ProficientFrench(C1)and English (B2).

• Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.

• Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data.

PreferredQualifications/ Skills

• You have experience in working in the HR / Administration Team

• Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset

• Previousexperience working in Shared Services
