Recruiter with French & English
Job Summary
What were going to achieve together:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process;
- First contact person throughout the whole application process;
- Active search of candidates;
- Create and publish the recruitment ads;
- Screening of applicants (phone and face-to-face interviews);
- Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
- Building a database of suitable candidates;
- Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
- Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.
Qualifications :
This is the right job for you if:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications Psychology or related discipline;
- Proficiency in French and English (B2-C1);
- Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
- Forward-looking flexibility and creativity;
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills ability to communicate with individuals at all levels;
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities use time efficiently and havegood organisational skills;
- Good knowledge of psychology - knowledge of human behaviour and of human performance;
- The ability to mediate negotiate and represent.
