Job Summary

What were going to achieve together:

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process; 
  • First contact person throughout the whole application process; 
  • Active search of candidates; 
  • Create and publish the recruitment ads; 
  • Screening of applicants (phone and face-to-face interviews); 
  • Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates; 
  • Building a database of suitable candidates; 
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities; 
  • Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation. 

Qualifications :

This is the right job for you if:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications Psychology or related discipline; 
  • Proficiency in French and English (B2-C1); 
  • Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates; 
  • Forward-looking flexibility and creativity; 
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills ability to communicate with individuals at all levels; 
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities use time efficiently and havegood organisational skills; 
  • Good knowledge of psychology - knowledge of human behaviour and of human performance; 
  • The ability to mediate negotiate and represent.
