Role accountabilities:

Your role will include but is not limited to:

• Deliver MEPF engineering design for process equipment and building systems (process utilities HVAC plumbing drainage fire suppression and LV electrical systems) under guidance from senior engineers.
• Produce layouts schematics calculations 3D/BIM models and detailed working drawings using 2D and 3D design tools.
• Prepare engineering documentation including equipment specifications reports schedules and presentations in line with company standards.
• Ensure designs comply with project scope client requirements national/international standards and safety sustainability and energy efficiency regulations.
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed budget and schedule supporting estimates coordination activities and participation in design/client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEPF design for industrial/process environments (e.g. semiconductors manufacturing system integrators or complex buildings).
• Working knowledge of design and calculation software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit DesignBuilder Excel) and relevant standards (ASHRAE ASME or local codes).
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills with good planning organizational and communication abilities.
• Medium English proficiency strong quality focus and motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
