Job Summary

Synergie Australia is seeking Front-End Loader Operators for a waste and recycling facility located in Perth South West.

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday PM shift preferred
Pay Rate: Competitive pay with overtime opportunities
Start Date: Immediate start

What you will be required to do:

Join a fast-paced hands-on recycling team performing physically active tasks to manage and move recyclable waste.

Operate Front-End Loaders to move load and manage recyclable materials efficiently
Feed materials into hoppers crushers and conveyors as required
Assist with manual handling housekeeping and spill management tasks
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
Follow all site safety procedures and ensure compliance with operational standards.

To be successful in the role you will:

Hold a valid Front-End Loader (FEL) ticket/licens
Proven experience operating Front-End Loaders in industrial waste or recycling environments preferably.
Material Handler and/or Excavator experience is highly desirable
Be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks including manual handling
Demonstrate reliability strong work ethic and attention to detail
Have unlimited full working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport to get to the site
Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol (D&A) test and any required health checks
