Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Invoice To Cash (Generalist)!
The position manages a high volume of inbound calls while effectively determining requirements answering inquiries resolving problems fulfilling requests and recording case notes.

Responsibilities

Manage/Review and analyze customer deductions to identify root causes and discrepancies
Investigate and gather necessary information to understand the nature of deductions
Communicate effectively with internal teams including Sales Customer Service Finance to gather relevant information and resolve deduction issues
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and clarification
Develop and implement strategies to recover funds associated with invalid or unauthorized deductions
Implement corrective actions to prevent future deductions and improve overall accounts receivable processes
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of deduction-related activities
Generate reports on deduction trends recovery efforts and process improvements
Identify opportunities continuously for process improvements in the accounts receivable and deductions management processes
Provide recommendations to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
Preferably with previous experience in accounting accounts receivable deductions management or a related financial role
Familiarity with accounting software ERP (High Radius) systems SAP and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred qualifications
Preferably from Food/Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry but not required
Ability to work in a team and with good interpersonal skills
Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation energy and flexibility
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and implement effective solutions
Understanding of the industry and customer-specific requirements related to deductions
Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
