We are currently searching for a Service Desk:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized technical support and assistance through telephone channels.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer service experience by resolving first-level incidents.
  • Maintain fluent and professional communication in all three required languages to assist international users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telephone-based customer service preferably within technical support or IT environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish English and Portuguese.
  • Availability to work on-site in Monterrey or Saltillo.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
