Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across multiple programs.
Develop and review technical specifications design and test documentation and logistics engineering analyses.
Own delivery of all ILS outputs for assigned projects.
Review technical publications and develop and deliver introductory training.
Provide technical input to proposals and service or maintenance contracts.
Manage internal and external partners supporting the development integration testing and delivery of support and test equipment.
Support customer service and sustainment teams with engineering expertise.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
5 years of proven experience in maintenance roles
Prior background in structured technical or maintenance units operating in highreliability operational environments
Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline or a certified electronics practitioner
IDF background in technical or maintenance roles
Strong proficiency with Hebrew and English with the ability to present technical content
Proven experience managing and supervising subcontractors
Practical or engineering experience with RF systems - Advantage
