The Role
The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across KS3 & KS4 with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on specialism (such as Product Design Resistant Materials or Engineering).
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging practical DT lessons
Supporting students in developing technical creative and problem-solving skills
Preparing students effectively for GCSE examinations
Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
Promoting enrichment opportunities such as competitions STEM activities and design projects

Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology
Experience teaching to KS4 (KS5 desirable)
