Today wellbeing decisions are primitive:
Customers guess.
They follow influencers.
They try products and hope.

We are building a personalised wellbeing intelligence engine that:

• Understands behavioural patterns to drive deep customer-level personalisation

• Captures user motivations and longitudinal health data from biomarker reports wearables etc.

• Builds smart AI agents to help customers solve their different wellbeing needs using all the data captured from them.

• Builds a closed feedback loop by analysing outcomes and continuously improving our ML models.

If we get this right we dont just sell products. We become the decision engine for wellbeing.

This is 01 opportunity to build a net new business line within Healf which will drive up to 250M in annual revenue in the next 3 years.

To build this you will lead experimentation and architect the solution from the ground up.

The Role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer to build this business line for Healf from scratch.

This is not joining an existing team. You will define the system that others will build on.

You will have real authority over architecture and technical direction. This role determines what is possible.

You will:

• Architect and build the full wellbeing intelligence stack and product platform

• Design infrastructure capable of learning from live user interaction

• Make core build vs buy decisions

• Define engineering principles across backend data and ML systems

• Partner directly with the CTO to drive technical strategy for the company

• Work cross-functionally with Product Design and Data to shape and ship the Wellbeing Intelligence platform end-to-end

• Hire and mentor a strong high-potential engineering talent team to scale wellbeing intelligence

• Be on top of new technology trends and using them to build next-generation products
  

Who You Are

• Built or significantly shaped a system from zero-to-one - not just joined after product-market fit

• Architected systems that later scaled to meaningful usage (100k MAU or equivalent production load)

• Owned platform-level decisions with long-term consequences

• Worked in high engineering bar environments where architectural judgment mattered

• Built or integrated ML / data-driven systems in production

• Built ML and LLM powered consumer experiences (not just experimentation)

• Influenced technical direction beyond your immediate team

• Skilled in building and improving products via continuous experimentation and iteration

• Drove development velocity and quality across broader organisation

• Youve seen both phases: early ambiguity and later scale.
