The Opportunity
As our Learner Experience & Community Manager you will be the primary voice of our brand for thousands of professionals embarking on their learning journeys. Your goal is to bridge the gap between educational content and unforgettable experience. Youll transform functional emails into motivating milestones turn standard webinars into must-attend community events and ensure our coaching materials are as sharp and compelling as a TED Talk.
Key Responsibilities
The Voice of the Journey (Communications):
Audit and overhaul the end-to-end learner communication flow (onboarding mid-course nudges graduation).
Rewrite automated emails and platform notifications to ensure they are clear compelling and human.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice that balances professional authority with an encouraging peer-to-peer feel.
Community & Events Architect:
Own the calendar for learner events (primarily online with occasional high-impact in-person meet-ups).
Source brief and manage guest speakers who add immense value to our professional learners.
Facilitate live sessions to ensure they run smoothly stay on time and remain highly engaging.
Coaching & Content Optimisation:
Collaborate with our subject matter experts (SMEs) and coaches to refine their delivery materials.
Edit and punch up slide decks to ensure they are visually clean and narratively driving.
Ensure all coaching assets align with the overarching brand voice and learner experience goals.

A Wordsmith with Utility: You dont just write pretty copy; you write copy that gets people to take action. You hate jargon and love clarity.
Operational Creativity: You can dream up a great event concept and then actually execute the logistics to make it happen.
Eye for Design/Narrative: You understand that a slide deck is a storytelling tool not a data dump.
Empathy for Professionals: You understand the time constraints and pressures of a working professional and know how to communicate in a way that respects their schedule.
