BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic HR System Development Specialist to join our Country HR Team.
We are looking for an HRIS Implementation & Integration Specialist to support BYDs HR digitalization journey in this role you will lead and coordinate HR systems implementation and integration activitiesespecially around payroll attendance and employee master datawhile ensuring smooth collaboration between local teams and global stakeholders.
Lead HRIS implementation and system integration projects across HR payroll and attendance domains.
Manage end-to-end integrations between global and local HR systems ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
Coordinate requirements gathering solution design testing and deployment with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ensure accurate and compliant handling of Hungarian payroll and attendance requirements within system design and interfaces.
Support employee master data governance data quality and ongoing system improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR Finance IT Operations) and international stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Create and maintain project documentation (process flows specifications test plans go-live checklists).
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems IT Business Administration or related field
Experience
Minimum 37 years of experience in HRIS implementation HR systems integration or HR digitalization roles
Proven experience implementing or integrating payroll and attendance systems
Experience working with manufacturing companies or large workforce environments preferred
Experience integrating global and local HR systems is highly preferred
Experience working in international companies preferably with Asian or Chinese HQ is a strong advantage
10 years of professional recruitment experience in Hungary.
