We are seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to provide administrative and technical support in the contractual management of clinical trials and other studies involving medicinal products medical devices and observational research promoted by the pharmaceutical industry and other entities.

The selected candidate will join the Clinical Research Support Area and work closely with principal investigators sponsors CROs and the various hospital and research institute units and services ensuring smooth coordination and efficient contract management processes.

• Administrative and document management support in the processing of contracts for clinical trials and observational studies.
• Monitoring of contract management in the course of internal review negotiation validation and signature circuits.
• Communication with promoters CROs researchers legal departments and other services of the center and institute.
• Archiving and updated maintenance of databases legal documentation and information on the development of the management process for each contract acting as a one-stop shop.
• Support in the preparation of reports and monitoring of activity indicators from the Single Window for the management of research contracts.

• Higher Level Technical Certificate in Administration Healthcare Management or similar.
• Previous experience in administrative management of clinical trials or biomedical research (valuable).
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Advanced handling of office tools (especially Excel and Word).
• Spanish and Catalan fluent.
• English intermediate-high level (B2 or higher).
• Organisational capacity and retail care.
• Communication skills and teamwork.
• Proactivity and multi-task management.

• Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate distributed in 12 payments.
