- 准入全流程管理 负责统筹该 TA 在中央层面准入地方准入互动及动态调整机制下的医保和卫生准入及具体落地工作协助处理相关异议并确保准入结果交付
- 重点项目运营 策划并执行部门疾病领域重点策略项目确保项目目标与产品准入需求高度切合
- 工具与培训 支持中央及地方团队的客户沟通提供沟通工具包使用培训及政策异议处理支持
- 区域协同 与区域准入团队配合推动落地及本地政策项目的执行
疾病领域政策倡导
- 政策洞察与框架构建 研究并监测国家及地方医药政策趋势如 DRG/DIP动态准入等构建并优化疾病领域的准入政策影响框架
- 准入环境塑造 统筹该疾病领域的政策倡导规划通过与高层利益相关者政府机构智库学术团体的合作推动有利于创新药准入的政策环境和疾病规范化管理
疾病领域准入 BP
- 业务战略协同 作为 NMA 部门与业务部门CE及其他准入团队沟通的桥梁参与核心讨论及准入建议确保准入视角融入产品全生命周期策略
- 跨团队资源整合 协调跨部门资源医学市场VEP等支持疾病领域关键产品在国家/地方准入一体化策略中的执行提升组织效能
- 客户需求洞察 动态维护内疾病领域内核心政策及影响客户图谱基于区域需求进行客户的协同拜访等并针对疾病领域提供差异化的解决方案提升准入工作的客户导向
我们期待您
- 需具备 5 年以上经理或8 年以上高级经理医疗行业工作经验其中至少包含 3 年或5年以上市场准入相关经验
- 教育背景拥有相关领域的学位医学卫生政策经济学管理学等硕士学位优先
- 专业技能具备项目管理与执行方面的专业知识者优先
- 语言能力具备优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力
- 演讲技巧具备良好的演示与汇报技巧
