Job Summary

Were currently partnering with a growing international company looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Junior Sales Back-Office professional who will play a key role in supporting structured outreach lead qualification and LinkedIn engagement initiatives.

This is a part-time remote opportunity ideal for someone highly organized proactive and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

As a Junior Sales Back-Office you will work closely with the Sales Leader executing a clear outreach and engagement plan to help expand the companys network generate qualified conversations and strengthen its LinkedIn presence. This role is execution-focused and requires consistency attention to detail and strong written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify target companies and decision-makers from provided lead lists.

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and structured follow-ups.

  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

  • Grow and manage LinkedIn network strategically.

  • Publish content and support engagement initiatives following a defined plan.

  • Track and report predefined performance metrics.

  • Support conference planning logistics (travel coordination schedules hotel bookings).

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced English level (B2 / C1) strong written communication skills are essential.

  • 2 years of work experience (lead generation companies call centers marketing agencies recruitment agencies travel agencies or similar environments).

  • Background in Communications Marketing International Relations or related fields is a plus.

  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach (Sales Navigator is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Goal-oriented proactive and detail-driven mindset.
