Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support a podiatry practice based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience handling front-desk administrative responsibilities in a healthcare setting.
This role involves managing patient communications scheduling appointments and assisting with general administrative tasks while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinics cloud-based system
Answer and return patient calls emails and messages in a timely manner
Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish
Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries
Provide general administrative support as needed
Compensation & Payment
$6/hour for the first 3 months
$7/hour after the probationary period
Payment Method: Wise or Payoneer
Payment Cycle: Biweekly
Requirements
Previous medical or dental receptionist experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong English communication and listening skills
Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
Reliable internet connection
Quiet and professional work environment
Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
