Job Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving Inspection - Daily
- Pull random samples from each shipment or production lot to ensure compliance with product/part requirements.
- Product Inspections of Firearms Air guns and Air soft products.
- Dimensional inspection using various hand and vision measuring equipment.
- Manufacturing quality audits
- Process non-conformance reports
- Assist in first article approval process
- Assist with corrective actions
- Assist in corrective action process.
- Assist with the new product testing as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma and Quality experience preferred.
- Experience and technical knowledge of firearms air guns and airsoft is a plus.
- Experience in quality inspections or testing to an ASTM or ISO standard is a plus.
- Experience with handheld and vision measurement equipment.
- Ability to read and understand part drawing and specifications.
- Knowledge of GD&T is a plus
- Must have good technical writing mathematics and sound computer skills.
- Good mechanical ability and aptitude.
- Must be organized and use time wisely.
- Must have the ability to operate air guns and firearms.
- Must interact effectively and positively with other departments and external suppliers/customers.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
