Were now looking for a commercially minded Client Success Executive to join our APAC team in Singapore and manage a portfolio of strategic healthcare clients.
The Role
This is not a traditional support-style customer success role.
As a Client Success Executive you will act as a strategic partner to healthcare organisations ensuring they achieve measurable value from their technology while identifying opportunities to expand and grow long-term partnerships.
You will manage a portfolio of hospital and healthcare clients across the region combining relationship management strategic account planning and revenue growth.
What Youll Do
Drive Client Growth & Partnerships
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic healthcare accounts including renewals retention and expansion opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Alteras healthcare solutions
- Develop strategic account plans aligned to both client outcomes and commercial growth
Build Executive Relationships
- Partner with hospital executives CIOs CMIOs and clinical leaders
- Lead quarterly strategic reviews and executive discussions on digital health strategy
- Position Altera as a trusted technology partner
Deliver Measurable Client Success
- Ensure successful adoption and optimisation of EHR and healthcare technology platforms
- Monitor client health metrics satisfaction scores and engagement
- Work cross-functionally with Product Services and Support teams to deliver outcomes
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who understands both enterprise technology and the healthcare ecosystem.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in client success account management or sales within enterprise software SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven experience owning revenue through renewals expansion or account growth
- Experience working with healthcare organisations hospitals or clinical systems
- Ability to build relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders and executives
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or clinical systems
- Background in healthcare IT vendors healthtech or hospital technology environments
- Experience managing complex enterprise clients across multiple stakeholders
