Internship Program 2026
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day addition we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Lima Peru.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Commercial Intern you will:
- Collaborate with the commercial team in the creation maintenance and improvement of sales presentations as well as in updating information on business opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with both potential and existing customers.
- Monitor and manage the sales dashboard providing periodic reports on performance and key metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Provide customer support responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Administration and Marketing
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office and intermediate English that allows the student to hold basic conversations and demonstrate strong reading and writing skills. The desired soft skills include being communicative and proactive. Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce will be considered an asset.
- Availability to complete the internship from August 3 2026 to July 5 2027.
- Expected course completion date in July 2027 or July 2027 or afterwards.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 throughout the entire internship period.
