With 19 nationwide branches supporting Hino Mack Volvo and UD Truck & Bus we have grown to become the largest supplier of truck & bus parts and workshop services in New Zealand.

The role

With the addition of Volvo Truck & Bus and UD Trucks to our existing franchises starting February 2026 we have an opening for a Service Advisor to become a key part of our busy service team based in Wiri.

Currently reporting to the Branch Manager this role will involve:

making bookings
opening & closing workshop jobs and preparing job cards
processing warranty claims within specified timeframes
loading the workshop to capacity and liaising with technicians
monitoring work-in-progress and updating customers on job progress
preparing job cards for invoicing
ensuring a high level of customer service

computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
