Job Summary

- Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
- Maintain facility standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and the community to enhance brand loyalty.
- Organize events and workshops to promote engagement and community involvement.
- Utilize data analytics to track progress and improve service offerings.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Sports Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in management within the fitness or sports industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Proficiency in financial management and operational strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
