The Opportunity

We are seeking adedicated on-site General Practitionerto join our growing team providing medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across theWyong regions and surrounds.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a structured and well-supported model of care. As a GP withAccess Aged Care you will work as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team including experienced nurses telehealth geriatricians physicians and administrative staff delivering comprehensive patient-centred care within the Aged Care setting.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• Availability of 1-2 days per week initially with opportunity to increase.
• Comfortable with technology including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
