About the Role
Were looking for a confident resilient and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative who thrives in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with decision-makers isnt afraid of rejection and can consistently generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Youll play a key role in expanding our client base by connecting with property managers retail brands and franchise operators across the U.S.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate new leads
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly activity targets
- Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
What Were Looking For
Must-Have
- Proven experience in outbound sales cold calling or telemarketing
- Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high call volumes
- Ability to work US business hours consistently
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling B2B services
- Background in property services construction or facilities management
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting daily call targets
- Generating qualified leads weekly
- Booking high-quality sales appointments
