Job Summary

Scope of Services:

1. Human Resource Administration
Disseminate information to employees in relation to HR matters.
Respond to employee queries relating to HR issues
Maintain and update historical and current employee data in HR systems
Assist in annual HR processes such as annual salary review exercise promotion
exercise performance review exercise

2. Other P&OD Responsibilities
Provide support to the recruitment team and assist in all aspects of the hiring
workflow.
Support the work of HR process flows as part of an ongoing digitalization exercise.
Assist in data gathering analysis and visualisation to support HR work
Support P&OD team in strategic HR projects as required from time to time
Support the coordination and execution of core people development programmes
organize staff engagement programmes and various events
