Modality Sales Specialist Ultrasound Benelux

Job Description

You have the opportunity to drive and grow Philips Ultrasound sales across Benelux with a focus on General Imaging Womens Health and Point of Care.

The Benelux Ultrasound team covers Cardiology General Imaging Obstetrics & Gynecology and Point of Care and consists of highly skilled Clinical Application Specialists and experienced Sales Specialists. You will report to the Business Manager Ultrasound Benelux and collaborate closely with the West European team.

Your role

  • Drive revenue growth and market share for Ultrasound (General Imaging Womens Health & Point of Care) across Benelux with ownership of pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Develop manage and expand strategic partnerships with hospitals and private practices to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Lead and coordinate complex PVE/tender processes end-to-end collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality competitive and compliant submissions.

  • Strengthen and manage the indirect channel in close alignment with the Indirect Channel Manager BNL to ensure performance and strategic alignment.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities including innovative business models (e.g. D2B Lumify Tier 3 customers) to unlock new growth segments.

  • Execute solution selling by integrating education collaboration tools utilization programs and upgrade pathways into customer proposals.

  • Support successful NPIs marketing initiatives and product launches to drive strong commercial adoption in the region.

Youre the right fit if you have

  • A clinical background in Ultrasound (preferred).

  • A proven track record in a commercial role within medical devices or healthcare with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Strong communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

  • Knowledge of hospital and private practice structures within the Benelux healthcare landscape.

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required; French is a strong plus.
