The Opportunity

At Sephora UK our mission is to create the most loved beauty community in the world. As our Retail Education Intern youll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of daytoday training operations helping to ensure our Beauty Advisors and store teams are set up for success across all things Education.

Youll work closely with our Retail Training Manager and collaborate with Retail Operations Training Supply Chain and Store Leadership teams gaining handson exposure while helping elevate the Sephora instore experience to new heights.

What youll be doing

• Serving as the operational heartbeat for key retail training activities ensuring consistent highquality coordination across stores.
• Supporting the setup and execution of highimpact training events from materials and agendas to logistics onsite support and premium catering.
• Travelling to stores across the UK to support training days field visits and instore initiatives.
• Capturing key insights through clear accurate note taking and sharing summaries with the right stakeholders.
• Supporting store operational readiness for visits launches and events while building strong relationships with field teams.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams (Retail Training Supply Chain VM People) to drive smooth effective project delivery.
• Managing tools trackers documents and training materials to keep processes organised and userfriendly.

What you need to know

• The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
• You will need to hold valid righttowork status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
• This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square London and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week
