Capital Markets Quants (CMQ)representJLLs innovative approach to Real Estate Capital Marketsleveragingcutting-edgeAI and data intelligence through our global platform.

We areseekingan experienced quant profile with financial/real estateexpertiseand quantitative/data skills to join ourQuantteam and be part of the creation and growth of new processes ways of applying CMG tech tools and quantitative models to originate and deliverinsightsthat will helpto maximize performance of our existing global business.

This role will focus on the development and continuous improvement of Quant Insights whichcombinehands-on model developmentbased ondata analysis andproductizingresults viaBI. We are looking for a versatile professional capable of managing the entireprocessend-to-endandcan translate complex analytical insights into practical tools that drive business results.

You mustpossessan entrepreneurial mindset: creative problem-solving ability to workindependentlyand be a communicationskills are necessary to explain business problems succinctly and in a structured way to our more senior quants partners.

Based in our Madrid officeyoullcollaborate with diverse global teams whilemaintainingthe agility and innovative mindset of a startup within JLLs established platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate in creating data-driven insights for CMG leadership and strategic clients

Partner with business stakeholders to translate market needs into technical requirements and deliverable solutions
Prepare high-quality presentations of all types for senior management and external clients

Collaborate with Capital Markets Group teams globally toidentifyopportunities where AI can create competitive advantages and improve client outcomes

Design and develop AI and quant models that enhance our brokers capabilities in deal origination client advisory and market intelligence

What Were Looking For(Do apply even if youdontmeet all of them!)

Quantitative background:SQLPythonand Excel are would be a plus

Prior experience in finance realestateor consultancy will be highly relevant.

Strong research analytical andproblem-solvingskills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information

Interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills withbusiness stakeholders

Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities and collaborative team approach

Fluent in professional English; Spanish would be a plus
