Job Summary

Overview of the Job:

  • The role is responsible to set merchandising strategy bringing end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts. Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Nikes vision and drive sustainable growth.
  • Focus on Mens NSW (Modern & Street) & Nike SB Apparel

Reporting Line:

Direct report to GC Mens Sportswear Apparel Merchandising Director

Key Partnership:

  • Global Mens product merchandising
  • GC Marketplace merchandising
  • GC Womens merchandising
  • GC Mens brand and planning

Job Responsibility:

  • Be a consumer product and merchandising expert.
  • Partner with global on GC seasonal & long term product needs by delivering clear GC consumer & marketplace insights
  • Set GC strategic intent of key products pricing flow
  • Set GC product lifecycle to move at the pace of the consumer balancing newness and consistency across the consumer framework
  • Drive franchise health across the portfolio
  • Drive in-season product management based on thorough weekly sales analysis
  • Proactively optimize the assortment strategy swiftly adapting to the dynamic & ever-changing marketplace
  • Coordinate cross-Sport projects process and deliverables

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • GC consumer and marketplace knowledge
  • Apparel product knowledge
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and plans
  • Fluent in English
