The Welcome Desk Staff provides professional front desk coverage visitor management ServiceNow ticket triage signage printing coordination and Lost & Found tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage reception activities.
• Read log and route ServiceNow tickets per PBGC security policies.
• Print signage inserts and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain Lost & Found log and perform callbacks on closed tickets.
• Generate monthly reports and track customer feedback.

• High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• OSHA Safety Awareness required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer Service Training (preferred).
