Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility
Manage production workflow scheduling and job assignments
Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners vendors and customers
Hire train and lead a high-performing team of technicians estimators and support staff
Monitor KPIs and financial performance making improvements where needed
- Handle customer issues with professionalism and care
Qualifications
3 years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with estimating software
Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
