- Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility
- Manage production workflow scheduling and job assignments
- Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners vendors and customers
- Hire train and lead a high-performing team of technicians estimators and support staff
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance making improvements where needed
- Handle customer issues with professionalism and care
- 3 years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
