Job Summary
Health and human services leaders are encouraged to consider an exciting career opportunity with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.
Due to anticipated organizational growth Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Executive Director position.
In this role you will lead a statewide program in Iowa which will help people who may need long term services and supports that are home and community-based so they may achieve optimal health and wellbeing while living as independently as possible.
Program objectives include:
- Conducting a high volume of comprehensive standardized assessments of Medicaid beneficiaries and applicants
- Facilitating eligibility and level of care determinations for Home and Community Based Services
- Ensuring efficient and effective staffing and operations to meet the needs of all throughout Iowa
- Providing high quality customer service to individuals and families and others
- Ensuring equity consistency and objectivity while employing a person-centered approach
- Collaborating with a multitude of health and human agencies
As Liberty Healthcares founding Executive Director you will enjoy a wide array of responsibilities including:
- Directing a fast-paced start-up initiative
- Establishing and leading a complex statewide program
- Hiring and managing a geographically dispersed team of professionals
- Forming collaborative and productive relationships a wide array of stakeholders
- Establishing a high-performance culture
- Ensuring services are rooted in best practices and meet or exceed quality standards
- Managing services with a focus on the best interests of the people we serve
