The EMEA Sales team is a proactive and entrepreneurial group responsible for building and closing pipeline in diverse and extensive markets. We are seeking a Founding Seller to join our Madrid hub focusing primarily on the CEE region. This is a high-visibility builder role with a 70% focus on landing net-new logos and 30% on strategic expansion. You will own the full sales cycle and act as the face of Make in one of our most dynamic market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the Market: Act as the Founding Seller for the CEE region from our Madrid hub building the strategic blueprint for market entry and rapid expansion.
- Drive Net-New Growth: Own the full sales cycle with a 70% focus on landing new enterprise and high-growth logos turning prospects into Make champions.
- The Builder Approach: Use your builder mindset to demonstrate how Agentic AI and visual automation solve complex business challenges bridging the gap between technical possibility and business value.
- Evangelize the Platform: Represent Make as the face of the brand in the CEE region; you will travel occasionally to lead local events close key deals and spark the local no-code community.
- Master the Vision: Establish deep rapport and a shared technical vision with stakeholders at all levels from operations leads to C-suite executives.
- Forecast & Scale: Maintain a rigorous pulse on your pipeline providing accurate weekly forecasts and progress reports to senior management while hitting ambitious market-share targets.
- Collaborate with the Ecosystem: Work hand-in-hand with our local partners and resellers to accelerate lead generation and ensure a seamless land and expand motion.
- Own the Success Cycle: Ensure every new logo is set up for long-term success identifying early opportunities for expansion and deeper integration within their tech stack.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Expertise: 3 years of experience in B2B software sales owning the full sales cycle from initial lead to successfully closing high-value deals.
- Scale-up DNA: Proven experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment. You thrive in the build phase and arent afraid of evolving processes and fast-paced pivots.
- The Builder Mindset: A deep hands-on curiosity for how things work. You are highly fluent in logic-based workflows and the potential of Agentic AI and automation.
- CEE Market Mastery: Significant experience navigating the CEE business landscape (specifically Poland and/or Czech Republic) with a track record of winning market share.
- Multilingual: Fluent in English and preferred one CEE language (Polish or Czech preferred) to lead complex negotiations and local community engagement.
- Strategic Hunter: A Founder approach to sales; you are energized by a heavy focus on net-new business and can architect your own territory growth strategy from scratch.
- Technical Literacy: Expert-level use of CRM and sales tools (Salesforce Salesloft LinkedIn) for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Game On Attitude: High energy self-directed initiative and the ability to multitask in a highly visible pioneering role.
