About the role

The Global Supply Management Specialist is a unique blended role offering a combination of responsibilities that give you broad experience and set you up for professional growth within our Global Supply Management (GSM) this position you will participate in a team that drives business transformation and innovation across the US Division through purchasing and supply chain management. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires strong coordination skills executive presence and the ability to drive follow-up and execution across a global cross-functional this role you will report directly to the Executive Director of GSM.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Purchasing Support

  • Support purchasing initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Assist with research coordination and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for transformation activities

Vendor & External Engagement Support

  • Assist in preparing leadership communications to suppliers
  • Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics with key vendors
  • Track and follow-up on supplier-related actions to support alignment and timely execution
  • Ensure communications reflect a professional consistent and executive-level standard

Leadership Coordination & Accountability

  • Serve as point of coordination between GSM Executive and leadership team to track key commitments deliverables and follow-ups
  • Drive visibility and accountability by monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel in alignment with business priorities and executive schedules

Meeting & Governance Support

  • Coordinate leadership meetings (preparation logistics materials and documented outcomes)
  • Track action items and decisions ensuring timely follow-up and closure with stakeholders
  • Support governance routines including staff meetings QBRs and leadership reviews to ensure consistency and execution

Executive & Business Operations Support

  • Manage GSM Executive calendar and coordinate internal/external meetings across global time zones to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support development of executive-level presentations and reporting materials
  • Compile data from cross-functional teams to support leadership updates and strategic decisions
  • Ensure executive materials are accurate well-structured and aligned with leadership messaging and business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience providing highlevel administrative support to senior leaders and executives
  • Prior experience in a corporate manufacturing or supply chain organizations strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly developed organizational timemanagement and followthrough skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred
