Join our People Places and Systems Group as part of the Grow Team as a People Business Partner and work with a group of senior leaders and their organizations to align creative progressive talent strategies with business objectives to deliver tailored value-added support to cross-functional teams. This is a 6 month short-term opportunity.

You will:
- Establish yourself as a knowledgeable trusted reliable partner for the team members of your client groups
- Collaborate with other People Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract retain and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support key business objectives and drive group-level function-level and overall organizational performance
- Provide strategic guidance on a wide range of people-related topics including organizational design and effectiveness talent management strategic workforce planning employee engagement performance management and other key initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative people-related programs and initiatives
- Leverage data to create dashboards to identify People insights use information to inform and drive strategic discussions and strategies for client groups.
- Serve as an executive coach provide guidance and support the development of our leaders
- You will report to one of the three Director People Business Partner Leads
You have:
- 7 years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within an engineering-centric organization or have transferable experience as a an internal people business strategist in large complex technical organizations; or Head of People of small technical start-ups; or leadership development consultant for large consulting firm; or similar experience
- An ability to present a clear and strategic point-of-view to senior management while being able to defend and voice the thought process and rationale behind recommendations
- The experience to design and deliver innovative approaches in workforce planning talent management change management leadership development employee engagement change management culture transformation and organizational design
- The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams
- The ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
- The unique ability to flourish and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity
