GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Senior Associate Influencer Content Planning will be instrumental in the execution and optimization ofcontent/influencer marketing strategies translating client needs into impactful campaigns. This role actively contributesto the growth of digital business for WPP Media agencies by applying established best practices refining processes anddemonstrating increasing independence in campaign management and strategic input.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS

In three months:

  • Have a comprehensive understanding and efficient execution of daily operations in digital content planningand implementation with minimal errors and increasing self-sufficiency.
  • Proactively foster and maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders including agenciesfinance teams and media vendors/publishers identifying opportunities for collaborative efficiency.
  • Actively apply and advocate for agile principles in launching digital campaigns including streamlined bookingimplementation and post-campaign processes contributing to faster and more effective delivery.

In six months:

  • Independently manage campaigns from inception to completion consistently achieving defined objectiveswithin determined campaign periods and proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
  • Efficiently align the work processes of media vendors publishers and influencers with complex client needsoffering solutions to optimize campaign timelines KPIs and deliverables.
  • Critically assess and provide constructive feedback on creatives and performance of branded content acrossvarious digital formats (e.g. articles videos infographics social snacks) proposing data-backedenhancements for greater impact.

In 12 months:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced planning tools to develop sophisticated content strategies and lead thecreation of comprehensive campaign proposals for complex digital content requirements with decreasingsupervision.
  • Support initiatives and implement tangible workflow improvements taking ownership of relevant projectinitiatives.
  • Serve as a brand guardian advising on strategic and creative requirements for digital campaigns to ensurebrand integrity consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
  • Serve as a resource for junior team members sharing operational best practices and providing initialguidance on campaign execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Analyze past campaign performance to extract actionable key learnings and translate them into data-drivenrecommendations for future annual strategic plans.
  • Develop and refine strategic campaign calculations ensuring alignment with client objectives and proactivelysuggesting optimizations within budget and performance parameters.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive monthly/quarterly trends mining reports per brand providinginsightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively manage daily client communication and expectations ensuring high levels of client satisfactionand identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly WIP updates to internal teams and clients highlighting progresschallenges and proposed solutions.
  • Independently develop and optimize KOL (Key Opinion Leader) grids negotiating effectively withcreators/creator partner agencies to secure optimal pricing and fit against established benchmarks.
  • Take initiative in testing and implementing new tools and practices actively contributing to processinnovation and efficiency within the department.
  • May lead specific project initiatives or components of larger campaigns demonstrating strong projectmanagement skills.
